Traditional Peruvian meal: 'ceviche mixto' and 'pisco sour' to wash it down. Ceviche is usually just fish, but this was raw fish, scallops, mussels marinated/cooked in a lime sauce with onions, hot pepper, maize, and sweet potatoes. Pisco sour is the native liquor made from fermented grapes, limes, and a hint of cinnamon. Only recommended for post-race consumption.
